FAQ

Questions operators ask

Straight answers about cost, guarantees, timing and how the marketplace works.

How much does it cost?

Browsing the marketplace is free. Each marketplace location shows its placement fee up front, and you pay it only when you confirm the deal. Our outreach software runs on a revenue share from machines placed through it, with no setup fee and no monthly subscription. We'll walk you through the numbers when we set up your account.

Is placement guaranteed?

No one can honestly guarantee a business will say yes. What we do promise: every marketplace listing is checked with the business before it goes live, and you don't pay a placement fee until you've met them and confirmed the deal.

Are these real locations or just leads?

Both, and we label which is which. Interested means the business asked for a machine. Secured means the decision maker agreed and we'll introduce you. Turnkey means the placement agreement is already signed. Our outreach software is different: it finds businesses that fit and contacts them for you.

How long does it take to get a location?

Reserving a marketplace location takes a minute, and we aim to introduce you to the business within a few days. With the outreach software, a search takes minutes and letters go out within a few days. Replies usually start coming in over the following two to three weeks.

Do I pay anything up front?

No. Reserving a marketplace location is free. You pay its placement fee only after you've met the business and confirmed the deal, so if they back out first, you owe nothing.

Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?

Neither, really. Marketplace locations are paid one at a time when you confirm. The outreach software is paid through a revenue share, so it costs you nothing until machines are placed and earning.

What areas do you cover?

Anywhere in the United States. The marketplace shows what's available by state, and the outreach software can search any city or radius you type in.

Do I have to pay the location a commission?

Sometimes. Each listing shows what the business expects: nothing, a percentage of sales, a flat monthly fee, or open to discuss. Busier sites usually expect something, and it's agreed in writing before install.

Is there a contract with the location?

That's between you and the business. Most placements use a simple agreement with a short notice period. We can share a template that covers commission, removal notice and who services the machine.

Do you contact the businesses for me?

Yes. The software finds the owner or manager, sends a printed letter with your flyer and a personal QR code, then a short email thread signed by you. Businesses that say yes land in your dashboard.

Who gets a location?

One operator. Once you reserve a listing, nobody else can until your reservation ends. There's no bidding and no race.

What machine types do you support?

Snack, drink, combo, healthy, smart coolers, coffee, trading cards, claw and arcade, ice cream, 21+ machines where legal, and ATMs.
